Beyond the Job is a set of programs and resources available for MIT alumni thinking about starting a company. Whether you're looking for funding, educational resources, or practical support, Beyond the Job can help you get started.

Investments

  • Investment Fellowships: Most founders friendly investment terms. 50-00K SAFE investments (no-cap, no-discount) aimed to providing a safety net for the first few weeks/months of venture creation

  • Core Investments: $1-2M investments in pre-seed and seed stage startups

  • A series of talks and events to dive deeper into venture creation. Opportunity to connect with other founders. These events will occur on and off campus in key cities around the US.

  • Set up a 1:1 chat with an E14 Fund partner

  • We have compiled a list of resources such as discounted cloud services, and software tools as well as a list of lawyers, designers, and more
